PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new filling system capable of stably suppressing generation of condensation and continuing manufacture for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A filling system 1 of a sparkling drink comprises: a heat exchanger 10 for heating a sparkling drink to raise its temperature to a set filling temperature T1； a filling machine 20 for filling a container with the sparkling drink heated by the heat exchanger 10； and dew-point measurement means 40 for measuring an environment dew-point temperature T2 of a conveyance passage 30 of the container 50 filled with the sparkling drink. A difference between the environment dew-point temperature T2 and the set filling temperature T1 is calculated as a measured temperature difference T3. When the environment dew-point temperature T2 is higher than the set filling temperature T1 and the measured temperature difference T3 exceeds an allowable temperature difference T4, the set filling temperature T1 is changed automatically to a higher value. When the environment dew-point temperature T2 is lower than the set filling temperature T1, the set filling temperature T1 is changed automatically to a value lower than the environment dew-point temperature T2 and the measured temperature difference T3 is brought within the range of the allowable temperature difference T4 after the change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
