PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which hardly damages the hair, can impart a straight hair shape or a curled hair shape semi-permanently or permanently, can change a style which once made to another shape easily without damaging the hair and suppresses coloring immediately after treatment and with the lapse of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a one-component type or a multi-agent type hair cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (D), wherein the application molar ratio [(B)+(C)]/(A) to hair is 2.5 or less.
