A drug delivery system including a chamber, which is configured for enclosingor covering at least a surface ofa patient, a source of a drug and a pressure source, which selectivelypressurizes the chamber. In addition, the system includes acontroller for controlling the transfer of the drug to the chamber wherein thedrug is administered to the surface of the patient underpressure.
