The infusion pump drug delivery system and corresponding method disclosed herein allow for continuous delivery of a first fluid and/or medicament (106) from a reservoir (104) operably connected to a pump and selective delivery of a second fluid and/or medicament (114) from a separate reservoir (112), where the second fluid and/or medicament may be delivered sequentially or simultaneously with the first fluid and/or medicament at the command of the user.
