PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit formed by reliably integrally fixing an optical member provided with a shading mask and an optical member integrally fixed to the optical member with a photo-curing adhesive and an endoscope including the optical unit.SOLUTION: In an optical unit, an imaging unit 62 includes a cover glass 65 having light transmissivity and a centering glass 66, incident light from a subject is guided to transmit through the centering glass 66 and the cover glass 65 in order, and an outgoing surface of the incident light of the centering glass 66 and an incident surface of incident light of the cover glass 65 are integrally fixed by an adhesive having transmissivity to be hardened by curing light. One of the incident surface of the cover glass 65, and an incident surface and the outgoing surface of the centering glass 66 is provided with a mask part 67.
