PURPOSE: A three-dimensional ceramic porous scaffold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used for osseous tissue regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional ceramic porous scaffold comprises: a first step(ST1) of designing a three-dimensional artificial supporter and preparing slurry having a light curing property； a second step(ST2) of molding a three-dimensional artificial supporter by applying the slurry prepared in the first step to a projection based micro-stereolithography system； and a third step(ST3) of sintering the three-dimensional artificial supporter molded in the second step.본 발명은 뼈 조직 재생에 사용되는 3차원 세라믹 다공성 인공지지체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 3차원 세라믹 다공성 인공지지체의 제조방법은, 원하는 3차원 인공지지체를 디자인하고, 광 경화 성질을 가지는 슬러리를 준비하는 제1 단계, 상기 제1 단계에서 준비된 슬러리를 pMSTL 시스템에 적용하여 상기 3차원 인공지지체를 성형하는 제2 단계, 및 상기 제2 단계에서 성형된 상기 3차원 인공지지체를 소결하는 제3 단계를 포함한다.
