PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide culture soil capable of enhancing the fertilization effect, improving the soil improving effect, and facilitating the germination and growth of plants.SOLUTION: The culture soil contains an organic soil conditioner containing food sludge and charcoal compost as essential ingredients. The food sludge is the sludge discharged after production of beverage such as coffee. The culture soil is obtained by mixing and accumulating the food sludge with charcoal compost, anaerobically fermenting the accumulated sludge, and cutting and mixing the sludge. The organic soil conditioner contains food sludge, charcoal compost and further, coconut fiber as essential ingredients.
