CONSTITUTION: A fixed phase solvent is filled in the column of a high speed counter-current chromatography. A mobile phase solvent is injected into the column while the column is being rotated. When the fixed phase solvent is hydromechanically equivalent with the mobile phase solvent, licorice extract is injected through a sample injection hole in order to obtain effluent.
