PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image processing device that can correct, when stereoscopic target objects contained in two disparity component images for stereoscopic viewing have a relationship such that they are hard to provide a stereoscopic view, the disparity component images to have a relationship such that they are easy to provide a stereoscopic image.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a medical image processing apparatus 10 for generating a plurality of viewpoint images, and outputting the plurality of viewpoint images to a three-dimensional display 22 for projecting each of the plurality of viewpoint images in different directions as disparity component images.
