PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging device performing effective massage while giving warmth as well to a person to be treated.SOLUTION: The massaging device includes a massaging element 1 on an arm 7 driven by a massaging mechanism, and performs massage at the outer peripheral part 2 of the massaging element 1. On the outer peripheral part 2 of the massaging element 1, two elastic bodies 3, 3 and a heat radiation means positioned between the two elastic bodies 3, 3 and exposed to the outside of the massaging element 1 are arranged in the axial direction of a support shaft 6 provided on the arm 7, the two elastic bodies 3, 3 are freely rotatable relative to the support shaft 6, and are integrally formed. The heat of a heat source 5 is transferred to the outer peripheral part 2 of the massaging element 1 by a heat transfer means 4, and the outer peripheral part 2 of the massaging element 1 gives warmth as well to the person to be treated so as to perform the massage effectively.
