To provide an aquaculture basket lifting device that never causes deformation of an aquaculture basket and decrease of lifting power, can facilitate lifting work of the basket, and thereby can improve safety and speed of the work.SOLUTION: A device includes: an endless belt 22 for placing an aquaculture basket, and moving； a first rotating body 14 for supporting the belt 22； a second rotating body 16 for supporting the belt 22 at the position distant from the first rotating body 14； a driving mechanism for rotating the first rotating body 14 and the second rotating body 16； and an exterior body. The diameter of the second rotating body 16 is smaller than the diameter of the first rotating body 14.
