PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of unpleasant noise when an electric flapper is rotated by a manual operation because, conventionally, a wheelchair lift apparatus for a vehicle has had the problem that, when an electric flapper mounted on a platform is rotated by a manual operation, the electric motor or reduction gear train rotates by the force of the manual operation and generates a high-frequency sound and other unpleasant noises.SOLUTION: The configuration is such that it is possible to switch between a power-connected state, in which a power system having a flapper drive device 20 using an electric motor as a power source is connected, and a power-disconnected state, in which the power is disconnected.
