PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a method for using a driving motor-attachable and detachable type winding reel for fishing and device for the same, easily handled by anyone, also excellent in operability, maintainability and durability and also economically inexpensive.SOLUTION: The winding of a manually winding reel for fishing is performed by utilizing an automatic winding means such as an electric power, etc., by separately preparing an existing winding reel for fishing and an existing automatic winding means such as an electrically powered driver, etc., and rotating the handle or a rotary shaft connected with the handle of the existing manually winding reel by the automatic winding means.
