PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crow repulsing device having long-term lasting repelling (repulsing) effects by solving such problem which is carried by conventional crow repelling (repulsing) devices that crows are excellent in learning ability and accustomed to the system to thereby lose effects.SOLUTION: There is provided a crow repelling (repulsing) device comprising a means 1 having a fake of a hornet beehive attached thereto to use a behavior of a crow having Hymenoptera as natural enemies not to approach places closer than about 10 meters from beehives, the means not selecting attaching places, attachable by every person and in any places, directly attachable to fruit trees and vegetables, attachable to every place suffering from damage of crows, such as farm fields, refuse stations, pig farms, cemeteries, airports or like and also suited to large spaces, and a means 2 only changing usual plain protecting bag for fruits to cover the fruit bag with a bag on which a hornet beehive is color printed, the bag acting as a repulsing device, and protecting the circumference of the bag-installed place from the damage of crow or the like, the fruit covered with the bag being a repelling device.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のカラス等鳥類の忌避(撃退)装置が抱える、カラス等鳥類の学習能力により慣れて効果を失う問題を解決し、長期間忌避(撃退)効果が続くカラス撃退装置を提供する。【解決手段】手段の1にスズメ蜂類の巣の模造品を取り付ける事により、蜂類が天敵であるカラス等は蜂の巣から約10メーター以内には近づかない習性を利用して、取り付ける場所を選ばず、誰でも簡単に取り付けることができて、果樹や野菜に直接付けたり、畑、ゴミステーション、養豚場、墓地、空港等のカラス等の被害に遭っている、どんな場所でも設置する事ができて、なおかつ広大な場所にも対応できる、カラスの撃退装置である。手段の2には、果樹の通常の無地の保護袋から、スズメ蜂類の巣をカラー印刷した袋を果実に被せるだけで、果実の保護袋が撃退装置となり、袋を設置した周辺をカラス等の被害から守る、袋掛けした果実を撃退装置にする。【選択図】図2
