PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance that can efficiently accelerate removal of waste product stagnant in the lymph vessel of the sole and the ankle and that can be used, with the body laid down on its side.SOLUTION: The shape of the whole appliance is a planar shape or a disk shape having desired thickness and width and, curved edge portions that are provided in the surface part of the appliance and that plot a straight line or a gentle arc are continuously formed in parallel. A string connected to the appliance is linked to a stopper whose cross section is a regular triangle and, by holding it down with the thigh, the appliance is immovably fixed. Then, side parts and the like of the sole and the ankle (the part in which waste product is accumulated and the part which is comfortable by stimulation) are stimulated by a frictional motion in a manner chipping off by pressing to the edge portion of the appliance.
