PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health instrument which is capable of efficiently accelerating removal of waste staying in lymph vessels of the sole and the ankle by a physically created lymph flow, and is usable even while lying down.SOLUTION: The shape of the entire instrument is a planar shape or a disk shape having desired thickness and width, and non-skid work (dot shape or washboard shape) for the sole is executed. Also, at the edge part of a straight line or a curve drawing a gentle arch executed at the peripheral edge part of the instrument, square projection parts at an appropriate angle are continuously formed. The instrument is fixed so as not to be moved by pressing the non-skid work part of the entire instrument by one sole, and the opposite sole and the side portion of the ankle or the like (portion where the waste is accumulated/portion to be comfortable when stimulated) are stimulated by performing a friction operation as if performing scraping while pressing them to the edge part of the instrument. Thus, the lymph flow is physically and positively formed to assist the efficient removal/discharge of the waste.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】足裏や足首のリンパ管に停滞する老廃物の除去を、物理的に作り出したリンパ液の流れで効率的に促進することできる、身体を横にしながらも使用可能な健康器具を提供する。【解決手段】器具全体の形状は、所望の厚み及び幅を有する板状または円盤状であり、足裏の滑り止め加工(ドット状、洗濯板状)を施す。また、器具の周縁部分に施された直線または緩やかな弧を描く曲線のエッジ部分には適度な角度の角凸部分が連続して形成されている。片方の足の裏で器具全体の滑り止め加工部分を押さえて本器具が移動しないように固定し、反対の足裏や足首の側辺部等(老廃物がたまっている部位・刺激をして快適な部位)を器具のエッジ部分に押し当てながらそぎ落とすように摩擦動作して刺激する。このことで、物理的にリンパの流れを積極的に形成して、老廃物の効率的な除去・排出の助長を行う。【選択図】図1
