PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging bag-shape container wherein a container whole is hardly inclined when being hung by utilizing the hole for hanging.SOLUTION: The hanging bag-shape container has front/back surface parts 2, 3 of a flexible film and both side surface gusset parts 5, 6. The two side surface gusset parts 5, 6 are folded to the front/rear surface parts 2, 3. The hanging bag-shape container has a bag body 10 formed to be in a bag shape by attaching the periphery of the front/rear surface parts 2, 3 and both side surface gusset parts 5, 6, an injection tool 7 adhesively interposed to the upper seal part 10a of the front/rear surface parts 2, 3 , and the hole 9 for hanging formed on the upper seal part 10a of the front/rear surface parts 2, 3.
