The present invention relates to a normal temperature and pressure food drying apparatus. A blower exhausts the air inside a drying room and the exhausted air is further heated to a first temperature by a first thermostat. The exhausted air with the first temperature passes through a dehumidifier with a second temperature. Since the second temperature is lower than the first temperature, a temperature difference between the first and second temperatures makes the first temperature of the exhausted air is decreased to a dew point and then a vaporous water included in the exhausted air becomes to a liquid. The liquid is drained through a drainage hole. At the time, an air outputted from the dehumidifier is drier than the exhausted air and then is further heated to a normal temperature to back the drying room.
