The support has a winder motor (1) situated at the end of a post (2) which permits the raising of the wire frame (12) situated on either side of the frame. The winder (10) is fitted with one or two pulleys (6) which enable the wire frame to be raised by spreaders (8) fixed to the vine post. The winder is actuated by a pulse transmitted from a box (3) which contains the electrical equipment necessary to provide the current to the motor.
