The invention discloses a mechanized watering and seeding system and method for farming land. Frame (10) mounting hopper (16) containing seeds and main pipe (11) is attached to tractor. Said system comprises a main pipe (11). A primary hole (1) is provided, in the middle of main pipe (11), into which, one end of delivery pipe (12) is inserted. Other end of pipe (12) is connected with a water source in the farming land. Auxiliary hole(s) (2) are provided in the main pipe (11) to accommodate a set of pipes (13) each provided with shovel (14). Seeds to be sown are dispersed on the farming land through seed tubes (15) which are attached to hopper (16).During sowing, water is supplied from water source to the system, which passes through delivery pipe (12) to main pipe (11).
