A waste disposal device comprising a container having a lid is provided. Acartridge movable by rollers can be provided. The device may have a rotationmechanism for rotating the rotatable cartridge. The cylindrically shapeddevice can have an inner wall and the cartridge may have an outer wall. Therotation mechanism may have at least two opposingly aligned movable rollersthat extend between the inner and outer wall. The rollers can be engaginglyconfigured to cause the cartridge to rotate upon activation of the rotationmechanism. An integrated cutting system for a waste disposal device is alsoprovided comprising a waste storage receptacle and a film cutting and sealingdevice. A sensing mechanism for a waste disposal device is also provided. Thesensing mechanism can delay rotation of the cartridge having flexible tubingtherein. A mechanism for scoring flexible tubing is provided. The tubing isdispensed from a cartridge and is foldingly stacked therein.
