The detection part 110 detects light (detection light) transmitted through or reflected by an object F to be harvested to generate a detection signal. The noise elimination signal acquisition part 120 acquires a signal (noise elimination signal) for eliminating noise included in the detection signal. The noise elimination part 130 uses the detection signal and the noise elimination signal to generate a detection signal (determination signal) after elimination of noise.
