According to a plurality of real operating times of the periodically-continuous operating system, this adaptive modulation method is able to automatically modulate an initial step dimming curve written in a main controlling and dimming device of the periodically-continuous operating system, so as to further provide an adaptive step dimming curve to the main controlling and dimming device.
