A light shielding portion is further disposed on the base , the light shielding portion surrounds the 10 photoelectric receiver , and there is a n opening at the top of the light shielding portion, so that light emitted from the light source is received by the photoelectric receiver after the light is diffuse ly reflected by the human body tissue.
