The present invention relates to a compression stocking in which an air cell is embedded, a compression stocking body integrally formed from the instep to the thigh without wrapping the toes and heels, the air cell and the air cell attached to the inner surface of the compression stocking body to face the skin. By reducing symptoms such as blood stagnation and lymphatic circulation disorder, the treatment effect of lower extremity edema can be maximized.본 발명은 에어셀이 내장된 압박스타킹에 관한 것으로, 발가락과 발꿈치는 감싸지 않고 발등에서 허벅지까지 일체로 형성되는 압박스타킹 본체, 상기 압박스타킹 본체의 내부 면에 피부를 향하도록 부착되어 있는 에어셀 및 상기 에어셀은 압력을 측정하는 압력측정부를 포함하는 에어셀이 구비된 압박스타킹에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 착용자가 압박스타킹을 착용했을 때 하지의 압력을 측정하여 착용 부위별 적절한 압력이 유지되도록 에어셀의 팽창정도를 조절하여 하지의 혈관 및 림프절에 생리학적 무리가 가지 않는 범위에서 순환을 향상시켜 혈액정체 및 림프순환장애와 같은 증상을 완화함으로써 하지부종의 치료효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
