PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement apparatus by which a position of a puncture needle to a target can be easily recognized.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement apparatus 1 comprises: an ultrasonic probe 2 emitting an ultrasonic wave to an arm 6a, detecting a reflection wave from the arm 6a, and outputting an ultrasonic signal an image processing section forming an ultrasonic image from the ultrasonic signal and a first display unit 9 and a second display unit 10 displaying the ultrasonic image. A rod-like blood vessel 7 and a puncture needle 8a inserted into the blood vessel 7 are included in the arm 6a. The ultrasonic measurement apparatus 1 further comprises an operation section for operating an indication direction in which a tip of the puncture needle 8a approximates to an axis of the blood vessel 7.
