PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize speedy and continuous measurement of a maximum blood pressure (systolic blood pressure) and a minimum blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure) in blood pressure measurement using ultrasound.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic blood pressure measurement apparatus 10 receives an ultrasonic reflection wave transmitted to a blood vessel and measures a blood vessel diameter of the blood vessel on the basis of the ultrasonic reflection wave for at least a period of time of one heartbeat. Further, the ultrasonic blood pressure measurement apparatus 10 calculates a systolic blood pressure and a diastolic blood pressure from a maximum value of the blood vessel diameter appearing subsequent to a maximal period of a change degree of the blood vessel diameter measured and a minimum value of the blood vessel diameter appearing prior to the maximal period thereof by using a preset correlation between the blood vessel diameter of the blood vessel and a blood pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波を用いた血圧計測において、最高血圧(心収縮期血圧)及び最低血圧(拡張期血圧)の速やか且つ連続的な測定の実現。【解決手段】超音波血圧計測装置10は、血管に対して送信した超音波の反射波を受信し、少なくとも一心拍時間分の前記超音波の反射波に基づいて前記血管の血管径を計測する。そして、予め設定された前記血管の血管径と血圧との相関関係を用いて、前記計測された血管径の変化度合の極大期に対して後に現れる前記血管径の最大値、及び、前記極大期に対して前に現れる血管径の最小値から、心収縮期血圧及び心拡張期血圧を算出する。【選択図】図1
