PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measuring apparatus that can measure a pulse pressure without preparing other measuring apparatuses such as a cuff blood pressure meter.SOLUTION: A first blood vessel diameter measurement value D1 is obtained by a first blood vessel diameter measuring part 4, and a second blood vessel diameter measurement value D2 is simultaneously obtained by a second blood vessel diameter measuring part 6 so that there is a height difference between the first blood vessel diameter measuring part 4 and the second blood vessel diameter measuring part 6. Moreover, regarding the second blood vessel diameter measurement value D2, a function f (D) indicating the relationship between a blood vessel diameter D and a pressure P is calculated by using a water load Ph of blood added to the first blood vessel diameter measurement value D1, the added water load being caused by the height difference by both measuring parts.
