PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural work machine in which positions of a handle and a driver seat as well as a position of a lifting step can be adjusted to suit a body type and an operation posture of an operator even when the operator changes.SOLUTION: A work vehicle is provided with: a work device for performing work in a farm field, which is provided at a rear part of a vehicle body a driver seat 3 on which an operator rides provided in the vehicle body and a handle provided in front of the driver seat. A seat 16 on which the operator sits is supported at a seat floor 14 through a link mechanism 15 which swings in parallel in a back and forth direction. A forward and backward movement handle 19 for rotating a screw rod 18 screwed to a front link 17 of the link mechanism 15 and moving the seat 16 forward and backward is provided.
