PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for evaluating cleaning and disinfecting for an endoscope intending to enhance the reliability of the evaluation of cleaning and disinfecting by evaluating the cleaning and disinfecting my surely collecting sticking matters (bacteria) remaining in the tube channel of the endoscope subjected to cleaning and disinfecting processing.SOLUTION: The culture medium inserting tube 140 is inserted and arranged in the tube channel of the endoscope 10, liquid agar culture medium is fed to the culture medium inserting tube 140, the liquid agar culture medium is injected into the tube channel from the openings formed in the peripheral wall part of the culture medium inserting tube 140. Further, the solid agar culture medium sticking to the culture medium inserting tube 140 is drawn out by drawing out the culture medium inserting tube 140 after the liquid agar culture medium is solidified. It is evacuated whether or not the cleaning and disinfecting processing is properly carried out by observing the drawn out agar culture medium and inspecting the presence or absence of the bacteria or others.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】洗浄消毒処理を施した内視鏡の管路内に残存している付着物(菌)を確実に捕捉して洗浄消毒評価を行うことで、洗浄消毒評価の信頼性の向上を図る内視鏡洗浄消毒評価方法及び内視鏡洗浄消毒評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡10の管路内に培地挿入管140を挿入配備し、培地挿入管140に液体状の寒天培地を供給して、培地挿入管140の周壁部に形成された開口から管路内に液体状の寒天培地を注入する。そして、液体状の寒天培地が固化した後、培地挿入管140を管路から抜き取ることによって、培地挿入管14に付着する固体状の寒天培地を抜去する。抜去した寒天培地を観察し、菌の有無等を調べることによって洗浄消毒処理が適切に行われたか否かを評価する。【選択図】図5
