To provide a medical apparatus and medium conduit sets that can simplify washing of a supply conduit.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus 100 includes a medical examination device body 10, a medium conduit 20, and a medical examination handpiece 30. The medium conduit 20 includes an outer sheath 20a, a supply conduit 20b arranged inside the outer sheath 20a for supplying water from the medical examination device body 10 to the medical examination handpiece 30, and a discharge conduit 20c arranged inside the outer sheath 20a and connected to the supply conduit 20b for discharging water from the medium conduit 20 to the medical examination device body 10.
