This utility model relates to the process of producing dumplings but more particular to the production of sea cucumber dumplings. The preparation method comprises a dumpling wrapper and a dumpling stuffing. The dumpling stuffing comprising the following steps: sauteing the garlic, onion, ground pork and sea cucumber. Adding other ingredients such as green peas, carrots, cheese, eggs, pickle relish, fresh jute leaves, soy sauce, iodized salt and black pepper. the making method for dumpling wrapper comprises the following: mixing the all purpose flour, unsalted butter, salt and black pepper forming into dough. Cutting the dough with pastry blender and add egg. Putting 1.1 pcnt of the stuffing to the molded wrapper and making it into a dumpling. Nowadays, people generally pay close attention to nutrition and health. Thus, this newly developed sea cucumber dumpling stuffed with sea cucumber as the main ingredient and enhanced with the addition of jute leaves (Vitamin A) is considered healthy, acceptable and nutritious. Production of healthy sea cucumber dumpling is highly encouraged.
