PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which is easily wearable and can reduce leakage of body fluid.SOLUTION: When an inner pad 1 is used, by contracting an elastic member 19 in accordance with peeling of a peeling sheet 30 from a self-adhesive member 20 and by contracting areas R on both sides of the back sheet 10b, tension is given to the width-direction center side of the back sheet 10b in which the self-adhesive member 20 is provided, thereby the center side of the back sheet 10b can be kept flat and the self-adhesive members 20 are made prevented from being adhered to each other when the peeling sheet 30 is peeled from the inner pad 1. The inner pad 1 can be suitably adhered to a predetermined object (for instance, underwear, disposable diaper) without lowering the self-adhesivity of the self-adhesive member 20 and a wearer can easily wear the inner pad 1 to the crotch. By suitably wearing the inner pad 1, body fluid leakage can be reduced.
