PURPOSE: A physiological change sensing system of livestock, a method, a non-power sensor tag and a tag reading device are provided to supply the non-power sensor tag for a sensing operation without a battery, thereby measuring a physiological change of the livestock.CONSTITUTION: A non-power sensor tag(1) is operated corresponding to an operation command signal. The non-power sensor tag obtains and transmits sensing information showing a physiological change of livestock. A tag reading device(2) transmits the operation command signal to the non-power sensor tag. The tag reading device receives signals including the sensing information from the non-power sensor tag.
