PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing an animal and plant nature residue drying fermentation feed, a drying fermentation fertilizer or the like.SOLUTION: Fermentation heat generated in a fermentation process of an animal and plant nature residue is utilized, while the residue is moved and agitated within a fermentation tank, the residue is made to float and air is supplied from the lower part, the air stream transfer of the residue is repeated from the lower part to the upper part of the fermentation tank, thereby the opportunity and the area for the residue to touch dry the air uniformly are increased, the time shortening of the drying is improved by leaps and bounds, and the reducing of energy for fermentation is enabled； an air jet nozzle is prepared so that an attraction air flow may be generated on the outside of an air flow which pressures upward the object to be dried with air to the outlet lower inner wall for circulation and the bent portion inner wall in a duct for circulation, thereby the sticking and the damage in the duct of the object to be dried are prevented, the smooth circulation of the object to be dried is realized, and it becomes possible to manufacture products of the animal and plant nature residue fermentation feed, the drying fermentation fertilizer or the like in which there is an added value by fermentation, and which is uniform and has good quality.【課題】動植物性残渣物乾燥発酵飼料・乾燥発酵肥料等を製造する装置及び方法。【解決手段】動植物性残渣物の発酵過程で生じる発酵熱を利用し、発酵槽内で該残渣物を移動、攪拌しながら該残渣物を浮遊させて下方から空気を供給し、該残渣物を該発酵槽の下部から上部に繰り返し気流搬送することにより、前記残渣物が乾いた空気に満遍なく接する機会と面積を増やし、乾燥までの時間短縮を飛躍的に向上させ、発酵のためのエネルギーの低減を可能とし、循環用ダクトにおいて循環用排出口下部内壁及び曲折部内壁に前記被乾燥物を空気とともに吹き上げる気流の外側に誘引気流を生じるように空気噴射ノズルを設けることにより、前記被乾燥物の該ダクト内の付着、損傷を防ぎ、スムーズに循環させることを実現し、発酵による付加価値のある、均一で良質な動植物性残渣物発酵飼料・乾燥発酵肥料等の製品を製造することが可能となる。【選択図】図１
