The present invention relates to a mushroom separation device for a bottle mushroom harvest apparatus wherein the mushroom separation device cuts a root portion of mushroom grown in a bottle while moving up and down and rotating in the bottled mushroom harvest apparatus, the invention comprising: a knife blade guide member having a guide unit formed on one side of an upper part of an inner surface and having a knife blade projecting hole on one side of a lower surface； a mushroom insertion member projecting downwardly and sharply and having a flat portion formed on an upper surface so as to be fixedly inserted to a lower end of the knife blade guide member； a knife blade installation member having an air passage formed inside in a longitudinal direction to flow air introduced by way of a rotary joint coupled to an upper end and having a guide key capable of moving along the guide unit of the knife blade guide member and fixedly formed on one side of the central unit so as to be inserted to the knife blade guide member； and a blade hinged to a lower end of the knife blade installation member to be rotated and projecting through the knife blade projection hole in response to up and down movement of the knife blade guide member so as to cut a root portion of mushroom. Accordingly, the present invention has a knife blade installed in a lower end of the knife blade installation member to be rotated, therefore, a durability of the knife blade is improved, thereby, the invention can be used for a long time without replacement of a knife blade. High-pressure air introduced through the rotary joint flows along the air passage of the knife blade installation member and discharges foreign substances around the knife blade through the knife blade projection hole of the knife blade guide member, therefore, foreign substances are not accumulated around the knife blade.
