The exterior body 1B has a first adhesive region R1 including a region at least the elastic member 5R is disposed and in which an adhesive is applied between the first sheet member 70R and the second sheet member 80R； a second adhesive region R2 of which a part is disposed while overlapping on the first adhesive region R1； a shrink region R5 in which the first sheet member 70R and the second sheet member 80R are shrunk； a non-shrink region R6 in which the first sheet member 70R and the second sheet member 80R are not shrunk； and an overlap region R4 in which the first adhesive region R1 and the second adhesive region R2 overlap on each other. An end on a side of the non-shrink region R6 of the shrink region R5 is disposed in an overlap region R4. The third sheet member 100 is laminated on the first sheet member 70R or the second sheet member 80R so as to overlap thereon in the overlap region R4.
