The front exterior body includes: an outside region which, when the front exterior body is in an extended state, is located to the outer side in the width direction of the front exterior body by one fourth the width direction of the front exterior body, with respect to the center of the width direction； a first low-contraction region LER1 of which the elastic member has a reduced contractive force, and extends from the middle of the width direction to the outer side of the width direction； and a first front contraction region ER1 which is more contractible than the first low-contraction region and is located to the outer side of the width direction from the first low-contraction region.
