PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting the onset or advancing of retrogressive joint disorders such as an osteoarthritis (OA) and a rheumatoid arthritis.SOLUTION: Provided is an effective OA treatment through the administration of such inhibitors for inhibiting JAK/STAT signaling associated with retrogressive joint disorders as 4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-amino-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline and 4-(2-amino-oxo-2-imidazoline-5-ylidene)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrrol(2,3-c) azpine-8-one.【課題】変形性関節症（ＯＡ）や慢性関節リウマチなどの退行性関節疾患または障害の発病および進行を阻害する方法の提供。【解決手段】退行性関節疾患に関与するＪＡＫ／ＳＴＡＴシグナル伝達を阻害する４－（４’－ヒドロキシフェニル）－アミノ－６，７－ジメトキシキナゾリンならび４－（２－アミノ－４－オキソ－２－イミダゾリン－５－イリデン）－４，５，６，７－テトラヒドロピロロ（２，３－ｃ）アゼピン－８－オンなどの阻害剤の投与による効果的なＯＡ治療。【選択図】なし
