A continuous suture is applied between the mesenteric edge of the intestinal loop and a posterior surface of the mobilised segment of the pancreatic stump. Then 2 non-traumatic sutures 5/0 are applied on an anterior surface of the pancreatic stump at 2.5 cm from the edge the same suture extends to suture an intestinal loop on the antimesenteric edge at 0.5 cm from the section the pancreatic stump is invaginated in the intestinal loop. The bandage ligature is laid between the ends of the invagination sutures and tightened at graduated compression so that to bring an end of an artery clamp under. The bandage ligature is fixed by the ends of the invagination sutures as guided cantwise with respect to the pancreatic stump.
