【Task】 A component that inhibits amyloid fibrosis is simply provided. SOLUTION: BACE2 (β-secretase 2) is involved in the production of amyloid β peptide, which is the main component of amyloid plaques found in the brain of Alzheimer's disease patients. Focusing on the components obtained from natural products and searching for the components that inhibit the activity of BACE2, the sardine extract and the amanori extract had the effect. We have found that these can be expected as therapeutic agents for Alzheimer's disease as inhibitors of amyloid fibrosis. [Selection diagram] None【課題】 アミロイド線維形成を阻害する成分を簡易に提供する。【解決手段】 ＢＡＣＥ２（βセクレターゼ２）は、アルツハイマー病患者の脳に見られるアミロイド斑の主成分であるアミロイドβペプチドの産生に関与する。天然物から得られる成分に着目し、ＢＡＣＥ２の活性を阻害する成分を探索したところ、ひしの実抽出物及びアマノリ抽出物がその効果を有した。これらがアミロイド線維形成の阻害剤としてアルツハイマー病の治療薬などに期待できることを見出した。【選択図】なし
