PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeglass-mounted operative field camera with which the situation of a surgical operation can be imaged at the same visual line as a surgeon.SOLUTION: An eyeglass-mounted operative field camera 1 according to the present invention is mounted on a bridge F2 on a front frame of eyeglasses G of a surgeon. The eyeglass-mounted operative field camera 1 comprises a mounting part 10 which is mounted on the bridge F2 in the front frame of the eyeglasses G, a supporting part 20 which is provided at a front side of the mounting part 10, and an imaging part 30 which is provided at a front side of the supporting part 20, and the mounting part 10, the supporting part 20, and the imaging part 30 are disposed in series from the bridge F2 in the front frame of the eyeglasses G to the front side of the eyeglasses G. In the eyeglass-mounted operative field camera 1, since the imaging part 30 is positioned in the vicinity of a visual line of the surgeon, a parallax between the surgeon and the imaging part 30 is almost eliminated and the situation of a surgical operation can be imaged at the same visual line as the surgeon.
