The present invention relates to a planting method and a planting apparatus for supplying mist to the roots of each individual plant. The planting apparatus includes a plurality of mist-supplied growth containers, a spraying unit, a pipe, and a plurality of control valves. The pipe connects the spraying unit to the mist-supplied growth containers. The control valves are disposed on the pipe and configured to control the flow direction of an atomized nutrient solution in the pipe, wherein the atomized nutrient solution is atomized by the spraying unit.
