A system and method to facilitate device monitoring and servicing is provided. In one embodiment, a system (28) may include a medical device (30) having at least one component (36), and monitoring circuitry (38) configured to measure operational data of the component. The system can also include a data processing system (32) configured to analyze the operational data and to output a report (68, 86, 190) based on such analysis. The analysis, in turn, may include applying a transform to the operational data and comparing one or more actual coefficient and threshold coefficient characteristics.
