This invention relates to component tying operation , it includes working table (1) which is provided with adaptive shaped slots (2) for proper holding of components (3), components are kept in adaptive Shaped multiple slots in linear manner. There is piercing jacket (8) which holds the cotton or metal string (Wire). For providing force to jacket to pierce or pass into components throughout up to another end of slot to complete tying operation, jacket is guided by the plural guiding mechanism (9) such as hydraulic/pneumatic Telescopic cylinder or Rack and pinion arrangement. After guiding jacket from one end to another end of adaptive Slots, guiding mechanism comes to its original position and jacket is locked into gripping mechanism (4) , this mechanism is equipped with stepper motor (7) which helps for unloading of completed component garland from the adaptive Shaped slots.
