PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional component releasing device with which a release amount of the functional component can be controlled.SOLUTION: A functional component releasing device includes an air supply part to generate an air flow, a generation part in which the functional component is stored and a transport flow formed by mixing the air flow with the gasified functional component is generated, and a release part to release the transport flow in a chamber after a part of the functional component in the transport flow has been condensed and removed.
