PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter including a transmission system capable of acquiring a use amount of a fertilizer accurately in fertilizing and not actuating a lifting/lowering interlock mechanism of a seedling planting device in a predetermined range when operation is performed from a stop state to a travel state.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a seedling planting device freely lifted/lowered in a travel vehicle body a float contacting a ground on a field face below the seedling planting device a travel lever operating frontward/rearward travel of the travel vehicle body an operation detection member detecting operation of the travel lever an elevation angle detection member detecting an angle of a float and a lifting/lowering interlock mechanism lifting/lowering the seedling planting device based on a detection numerical value of the elevation angle detection member. The lifting/lowering interlock mechanism is not actuated until lapse of a predetermined time or movement of a predetermined distance of the travel vehicle body after the operation detection member detects forward travel operation of the travel lever in a travel stop position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
