The present invention relates to an amoxicillin-including antibiotic composition for fish and, more specifically, to an antibiotic composition for fish, wherein the antibiotic composition has improved water solubility by comprising amoxicillin trihydrate, sodium carbonate, sodium citrate, and sodium hydrogen carbonate. The antibiotic composition for fish and a suspension of the present invention improves the solubility of amoxicillin in a solution and also stability during oral administration so that an antibiotic can be stably administrated for a long time. Moreover, antibiotic active ingredients remain in the suspension during a used period, and the antibiotic composition for fish and suspension of the present invention are rarely affected by foreign material contamination so as to be excellently stable.본 발명은 아목시실린을 포함하는 어류용 항생제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아목시실린 항생제 조성물에 있어서, 아목시실린 삼수화물과 함께 탄산나트륨, 구연산나트륨 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함함으로써 수용성이 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는 어류용 항생제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 어류용 항생제 조성물 및 현탁액은 경구투약시 수용액내 아목시실린의 용해도는 물론 안정성까지 개선시켜 보다 장기간 항생제를 안정적으로 투약할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한 본 발명에 의한 조성물과 현탁액은 사용기간 내에도 현탁액에 항생제 유효성분이 잔존하며 이물질로 인한 오염이 적어 안정성이 우수한 장점이 있다.
