The present invention relates to an endoscope having a rotating device which rotates a curved part in the axial direction. The endoscope includes a flexible part which can freely bend by an external force added； a curved part which is arranged in the front end of the flexible part, has a single degree of freedom, and can be curved； a rotating device which is rotatably coupled with the flexible part in the axial direction of the flexible part, and rotates the curve part in the axial direction； and a manipulation part which is connected to the rotating device and prepares a rotation manipulation part which manipulates the rotation of the rotating device.본 발명은 만곡부를 축 방향으로 회전시키는 회전장치를 구비한 내시경에 관한 것으로서, 외부에서 가하여지는 힘에 의하여 자유롭게 굴곡 가능한 가요부와, 상기 가요부의 선단에 배치되고 하나의 자유도를 가지고 만곡 가능한 만곡부와, 상기 가요부의 축 방향으로 상기 가요부와 회전 가능하게 결합되어 상기 방향으로 상기 만곡부를 회전시키는 회전장치와, 상기 회전장치와 연결되어 상기 회전장치의 회전을 조작하는 회전조작부가 마련되는 조작부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
