The present invention relates to a method for preparing a crosslinked gel of at least one polysaccharide or a salt thereof, comprising at least the steps of: a) providing at least one aqueous gel of said polysaccharide in a non-crosslinked form b) contacting said aqueous gel with an effective amount of at least one crosslinking agent； c) imposing on the mixture formed in step b) conditions that are suitable for the crosslinking of said polysaccharide and, if appropriate, d) recovering said hydrogel crosslinked, characterized in that said method comprises, prior to step c), at least one step e) of circulating the aqueous polysaccharide gel of step a) and / or the mixture of step b) through at least one device capable of retaining any particle of diameter greater than 100 microns.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un gel réticulé d'au moins un polysaccharide ou un de ses sels, comprenant au moins les étapes consistant à : a) disposer d'au moins un gel aqueux dudit polysaccharide sous une forme non réticulée, b) mettre en contact ledit gel aqueux avec une quantité efficace d'au moins un agent réticulant, c) imposer au mélange formé en étape b) des conditions propices à la réticulation dudit polysaccharide, et le cas échéant, d) récupérer ledit hydrogel réticulé, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend, antérieurement à l'étape c), au moins une étape e) consistant à faire circuler le gel aqueux de polysaccharide de l'étape a) et/ou le mélange de l'étape b) à travers au moins un dispositif apte à retenir toute particule de diamètre supérieur à 100 microns.
